In order to enrol in voice department classes (voice, choir or seminars)  an audition is necessary.  No matter what course of study is chosen, participation in choir is required.
Our School’s choral activities may be attended also by those not enrolled in other voice/instrument courses.

Courses:
Choral activities for adults: both for those who have voice and/or chorus experience as well as for beginners with no musical experience.
C1 and C2 Vocal Training Courses: for beginning (C1) through intermediate (C2) level, with the possibility of preparation for future enrolment in  Pre-Academic and Advanced Courses.
Voice Courses: professional training, with the possibility of achieving a first-level Bachelor (Laurea triennale) and  a second-level Master (Laurea biennale).

Choral activities 5 -18 years

Children’s Choral workshop (5-11 years)
This workshop serves as an initial approach to basic vocal technique, chanted and sung solfège and children’s musical repertoire. Games with musical flashcards,  nursery rhymes and folk songs. No audition is  required. Classes are held at the times indicated at the bottom of this page.

Choral activities (registration open all year)

Schola Cantorum “Francesco Landini” - Conductor Fabio Lombardo
This chours is for those who have already gained vocal and choral experience. Audition required.
Rehearsals are held Monday and Thursday from  21:00 to 23:00 at the Scuola di  Musica di Fiesole .

Pre-Academic Voice

This course is for young people who demonstrate the qualities and predisposition necessary for vocal study,  who may also be candidates for further study. The four-year course is a prerequisite for admission to either the Renaissance and Baroque Voice course or the Voice/Opera course. Admission to the course includes mandatory attendance of the following classes:
