The DSU Toscana provides for various forms of financial assistance, allocated on demand or by competition to deserving college students who are in financial need. The main support for the students who attend the three-year course is the scholarship, but there are also other economic benefits. Competition notices are yearly. For major competitions you can apply directly online and then print the application, which signed, must be sent or delivered to the relevant Monetary Intervention Services for the headquarters. The competition rankings are formulated according to the criteria established by the respective notices. The winning students are awarded monetary amounts, in the manner provided in the relevant notices, by crediting the bank account or card (for those who requested it) or in cash at any branch of the bank treasurer of DSU Toscana.

The scholarship consists of a sum of money assigned by competition based on certain income requirements and merits.
The scholarship winners have free access to restaurant services of the DSU Toscana and, if they are from a different city and have made the request, have the right to housing (based on availability).
Recipients are also exempt from the regional tax for the right to university study.
