Nicola Paszkowski -eng-2017

He is the teaching conductor of Vincenzo Galileo Orchestra of Fiesole School of Music and since 2000, of Orchestra Giovanile Italiana, and with them he conducted in important concert seasons in Italy  and abroad.
Active both in the symphonic and operatic field, he has cooperated with Orchestra della Toscana, Teatro Verdi in Pisa (where he conducted Cenerentola, Elisir dโ€™amore, Trovatore), Orchestra Pomeriggi Musicali in Milan, Orchestra Filarmonica Veneta, Sinfonica Siciliana, Orchestra Sinfonica Provincia di Bari, Haydn Orchestra of Bozen, Orchestra of Teatro Olimpico in Vicenza,  Orchestra of Teatro Lirico in Cagliari,  Orchestra of Teatro Massimo in Palermo, Orchestra Filarmonica in Turin, Symphony Orchestra in Montecarlo, Krakow Orchestra, and he has conducted several concerts such as Hรคndelโ€™s Messiah, the complete cycle of the Concerts for piano and orchestra by Beethoven  (broadcasted by RAI SAT),  Requiem by Faurรฉ (broadcasted by RAI TRE), Requiem by Mozart, New Yearโ€™s Day Concerts at the Maggio Musicale in Florence.
In 2008, he conducted a new production of Don Giovanni at Montepulciano Festival.
In 2009, he was invited by Riccardo Muti at Ravenna Festival to conduct a concert with Orchestra Luigi Cherubini, orchestra which Maestro Muti founded in 2004, and he obtained a great success both from the public and the critic.
In 2010, he conducted the concert in occasion of the fifth Anniversary of the Pontificate of Pope Benedict XVI, which was offered by the Italian President Giorgio Napolitano at Cittร  del Vaticano, again with Orchestra Giovanile Italiana a concert at Festival Anima Mundi in Pisa and the Concert for Life and Peace in Israel and Palestine.
In addition, Riccardo Muti invited him again in Ravenna for a new production of Trovatore with Orchestra Luigi Cherubini directed by Cristina Mazzavillani Muti,  in coproduction with Fondazione Pergolesi-Spontini in Jesi, Teatro dellโ€™Aquila Fermo, Comunale in Ferrara, Teatro Verdi in Pisa, Rendano in Cosenza, and future revivals in 2012.
On March 2011, Riccardo Muti asked him to conduct in his place Nabucco at Teatro Mariinskij in St Peterburg with the Orchestra and Choir of Rome Opera.
He has conducted again Trovatore with Orchestra Giovanile Luigi Cherubini, stage director Cristina Mazzavillani Muti, at the Royal Opera House Muscat in Oman.
Among his forthcoming dates, he will conduct in Florence Easter Concert W.A. Mozart Requiem K 626, with Orchestra V. Galilei.
Nicola Paszkowski will conduct the new Orchestra Giovanile of Teatro dellโ€™Opera in Rome.
