Basic Singing Course

The adolescent singing lessons at the Scuola di Musica di Fiesole begin with an introduction to the vocal apparatus, listening, self-awareness, and concentration—fundamental foundations that promote a balanced psychophysical approach in terms of posture, breathing, and coordination. Upon this groundwork, technical and more specifically musical learning are layered.

Individual singing lessons at the Scuola di Musica di Fiesole provide students with the gradual improvement necessary to deepen their understanding of various aspects of vocal technique. Starting with an understanding of all the elements required for correct vocalization, the course places special emphasis on sound production technique, pitch accuracy, and sound quality. Students thus develop the ability to assess their progress, which leads to greater technical independence and improved study quality.

In addition to singing lessons, regular practice in individual exercise is also highly recommended.

The educational objective of the singing course is to complete the training modules comprised of basic and advanced levels, with certification exams and attendance at complementary courses as outlined in the curriculum.
