APPLICATION CONDITIONS
For ensembles that are already part of the ECMA consortium
Submit:
a) CV of the ensemble;
b) study repertoire of the ensemble, concert repertoire of the ensemble;
c) if participating for the first time in the ECMA Session – Fiesole, send a scanned copy of an identity document of each member of the ensemble (and, if applicable, the residence permit for a European country).
Participation for ECMA ensembles is free of charge.
For non-ECMA ensembles
Submit:
a) short curriculum vitae of the ensemble and of each member;
b) audio or video recording (to be sent via services such as WeTransfer) of a complete original work for ensemble;
c) letter of recommendation for the ensemble from a renowned musician;
d) list of the ensemble’s study and concert repertoires;
e) application form no later than April 15, 2025; f) copy of the payment of the application fee
Fees for non-ECMA ensembles
• Individual application fee (non-refundable, to be paid at the time of application; ensembles already enrolled in the Scuola are exempt): € 50
• Participation fee per ensemble: € 210
• Application fee for auditor ensembles: € 100
The committee — whose authority and powers are expressly acknowledged by the candidates by the mere act of applying and whose decisions are final — will review the documentation and invite the ensembles deemed suitable to attend the Session.
