Vocal training courses for amateurs, beginners, and anyone wishing to acquire fundamental skills in vocal technique and singing (C1 and C2)
C 1 – Introduction to vocal training
This course is designed for children, adolescents, and adults who wish to explore singing through practical experience.
The programme includes:
– Vocal workshop (small-group classes in vocal technique and singing) – Music theory and sight-singing (sung music reading)
C 2 – Vocal training
This course is intended for children, adolescents, and adults with some previous vocal and/or musical experience, as well as for beginners with vocal or musical aptitude.
It is recommended for amateur singers of all ages and for young people who wish to begin studying singing but have not yet decided whether to pursue it professionally.
The course may also be of particular interest to instrumentalists, especially wind players, collaborative pianists, choir conductors, composers, actors, and teachers who wish to develop skills in vocal technique and singing.
The programme includes:
– individual lessons in vocal technique and singing
– repertoire study with a collaborative pianist
– music theory and sight-singing (sung music reading) – participation in choral activities or other ensemble music activities organised by the School, as recommended by the teacher according to the student’s level of achievement
Adolescents, young people, and adults
Scuola di Musica di Fiesole – Via delle Fontanelle 24, 50014 Fiesole FI or Scuola di Musica di Fiesole – Villa Paggeria, Medici Park of Pratolino (Villa Demidoff) – via Fiorentina 276, Vaglia (Firenze). The teaching venue depends on the teacher’s assignment.
